4.2. If cancelled 7 to 2 days prior to arrival - 50%
4.3. If cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival, no show, early check outs- 100%

The following booking rescheduling fees applies on the full value of the booking:
4.4. If rescheduled within 15 days prior to arrival - no charge.
4.5. If cancelled 7 to 2 days prior to arrival - 25%
4.6. If cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival or no show - 50%
4.7. Refunds will be processed after 48 hours from the confirmation date.

5.2. Guests are responsible for their behavior during their stay and must adhere to the guest house's rules and policies.
5.3. Any damage caused by guests to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
